Position: MD Physician – Internal Medicine (MD/DNB)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Physician (MD / DNB – Internal Medicine) to join our dynamic medical team at the Thoraipakam branch. The ideal candidate should be passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and medical ethics, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a wide range of internal medicine conditions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute medical illnesses.
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prescribe investigations, and design individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other specialists and departments for multidisciplinary patient management.
• Participate in ward rounds, ICU management, and emergency care when required.
• Ensure adherence to the hospital’s quality standards, clinical protocols, and patient safety measures.
• Guide and mentor junior doctors, residents, and healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
• Participate in CME programs, clinical meetings, and case discussions to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD / DNB in Internal Medicine from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration (mandatory).
• 0–5 years of post-qualification experience (both freshers and experienced physicians may apply).
• Strong clinical knowledge with good decision-making and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
